Despite the block being full, we recommend booking your accommodations at the Courtyard Marriott MSP Airport with the standard rate, as we are providing complimentary transportation to and from the venue from this hotel the day of the wedding. Please reference the "Complimentary Shuttle" section below and/or the FAQ page for more details about day-of transportation. From the Airport to the Hotel: The Courtyard Marriott MSP Airport has its own 24/7 complimentary shuttle that will take guests to and from the airport BY REQUEST. To request the shuttle, please call the front desk of the Courtyard Marriott at 651-452-2000.

Flight

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport

We highly recommend flying into MSP, as this is the main airport for the state and is also very close to the venue and room-blocked hotel (10-15 minutes away). Please Plan Accordingly: Starting Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require travelers to present a REAL ID-compliant identification for domestic flights. A REAL ID is a driver’s license or state-issued ID that meets federal standards for security and identification. Ensure your driver’s license or state ID is REAL ID-compliant by looking for a star in the upper right corner of the card. If you do not have a REAL ID, you can still travel by using an alternative form of identification, such as a U.S. passport, military ID, or other TSA-approved IDs.

Shuttle

Complimentary Shuttle (To/From Hotel + Venue)

A complimentary shuttle will take guests from the Courtyard Marriott MSP Airport hotel to the Mendakota Country Club. The shuttle will also be available to take guests from the venue to the hotel, after dinner has been served. Shuttle times are listed below and will also be posted in the lobby of the hotel. Please note that the shuttle bus will ONLY run between these two locations and will not make any off-property stops. Shuttle Times (from hotel to venue): 1st Bus: 3:30 PM (drop-off 3:45 PM) 2nd Bus: 4:00 PM (drop-off 4:15 PM) Shuttle Times (from venue to hotel): Continuous service from 9:00-11:30 PM Last bus from Mendakota Country Club is at 11:30 PM

Short-Term Rental Suggestions

If you would prefer to stay in a short-term rental (e.g. AirBnB, VRBO) instead of the hotel, the following towns/areas are within a 15-minute driving radius of the venue: - Mendota Heights - Eagan - Saint Paul - Woodbury - Inver Grove Heights Please note: By choosing to stay off-property, you will need to drive yourself or hire a ride-share service to and from the venue, as the shuttle will only be driving guests to and from the Courtyard Marriott-MSP Airport. There is ample parking at the venue for anyone who wishes to drive themselves.
