No. Our wedding ceremony, reception and all other wedding-related gatherings throughout the weekend will be Adults Only events. We encourage you to enjoy some time off from parenting!
No. We are having an Unplugged Ceremony and kindly request that no photos or videos are taken by guests AND that all phones and gadgets are silenced and put away. We have hired a wonderful professional photographer to capture our ceremony so that our guests can be fully present as we say "I Do!" After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires and be sure to share them with us!

Airport Shuttle: The Courtyard Marriott MSP Airport has its own 24/7 complimentary shuttle that will take guests to and from the airport BY REQUEST. To request the shuttle, please call the front desk of the Courtyard Marriott at 651-452-2000. The shuttle will arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 within 15-20 minutes of your call. Hotel shuttle pickup is at the GOLD ramp at Terminal 1. Follow signs for Ground Transportation > Parking > Gold ramp to get on the shuttle. Rideshare Options The Twin Cities have both Uber and Lyft rideshare options and can be picked up at designated locations within MSP Airport at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Car Rentals MSP Airport has every brand of car rental you can think of. While we are hopeful that we have provided enough options that you do not need to rent a car, there are plenty of options to do so if you so choose.
We are so thrilled to offer a complimentary shuttle from the hotel we are room-blocking (Courtyard Marriott - MSP Airport) to the Mendakota Country Club. Shuttles times will be posted in the hotel lobby for convenience. Shuttles will also be available from the venue to the hotel throughout the night of the wedding, after dinner is served through last dance.
Yes! If you are renting a car and driving from the hotel OR driving from other accommodations to the venue directly, there is ample free parking at the Mendakota Country Club. Please ensure there is a Designated Driver (yourself or someone in your party), as there will be alcohol at our events. Please do not drink and drive - the health and safety of our guests is so important to us!
Please arrive to the Mendakota Country Club by no later than 4:15 PM CT. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM CT, and if you are late, you will not be able to take your seat until after the processional has finished.

Yes - our wedding ceremony will be outdoors! In the event of rain or other inclement weather, our ceremony will be moved inside the Lakeside Ballroom.
