Ceremony will be outside on the rooftop facing the bay - most likely will need a coat or shawl. No phones, cameras, or recording devices of any kind are allowed during the ceremony - let our professional photographer worry about the photos so our guests can be present in the moment with us. Guests can begin arriving at 3pm. We ask that all guests please be in your seat no later than 3:20pm. Anyone that arrives past this time, will not be seated, and will be asked to wait downstairs until the conclusion of the ceremony.
4:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The attire is black tie optional / semi-formal.
There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue. The outside rooftop deck will have heaters, but in December it may still be quite chilly, so please bring a coat or shawl. If you must smoke, there is one designated area on the deck, so please look for the area. During cocktail hour, there will be three appetizer trays being passed. The options available include: lobster mac and cheese balls, adobo carnitas tacos, and risotto stuffed mushrooms (vegan). We will be providing a small plate style dinner. The small plate options include: flat iron steak, salmon, and a macaroni and cheese bar. The dessert station options include: ice cream sundae bar and a strawberry shortcake bar. The reception includes a full hosted bar for the first four hours of the event, including a champagne toast, then switches to a cash bar for the last hour of the event. The bar closes 30 minutes prior to the end of the event, at 9pm.

Since our wedding and reception end so early, we want to invite our friends and family to join us at an informal after-party. This is not a hosted event, but rather an open invitation to dance the night away with us at a separate location in Downtown San Diego! If you are interested in heading out with us, please RSVP and we will make sure we keep the party going!
