We have established a room block at the Inn at Stonecliffe (our wedding venue). If you would like to reserve a room within our block please call the hotel directly and ask for a room within the Ainley-Bradley Wedding Block. *Please be aware - Stonecliffe is closed for the winter season. When you call their number, you will receive a message saying as much. Do not fear! Simply listen through the voicemail and then select *1* for reservations and you'll be connected with a booking agent! Things to note - - The cutoff date for reservations is August 10th, 2026. Be sure to make your reservations before then. - All reservations will be charged the full amount of their reservation at the time of booking. - Should you need to cancel, you have up until 30 days out to do so. You will be refunded the full amount minus a $100 service charge.

We have established a room block at the Island House Hotel (our welcome party venue). If booking directly on the website, please use code b864166 to access our block. If you prefer to call the hotel, please reference the Ainley / Bradley block. Things to note - - The cutoff date for reservations is September 10th, 2026. Be sure to make your reservations before then. - Island House Hotel is approximately a 45 minute carriage ride from our wedding venue and you will be responsible for booking your own carriage to and from our wedding day celebration.

With regular ferries leaving from both Mackinaw City and St. Ignace, we would recommend Sheplers for the water part of your journey! Travel to Mackinac IslandTravel to Mackinac Island

We will be coordinating shuttle transportation from both Traverse City (TVC) and Pellston (PLN) airports on Friday for guests traveling in from out of town and returning to the same airports on Sunday after the festivities have concluded. Due to limited coach availability in the area, we will be offering one scheduled shuttle departure from each airport. To help us organize this as smoothly as possible, please include your flight details when you RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service. Please note that in order for guests to arrive to the island with enough time to join the Welcome Night, the shuttle from Traverse will need to leave no later than 3pm. You may wish to schedule your flight arrival accordingly. Once all itineraries are collected, we will set a departure time that best accommodates the group. This may mean some guests will have a bit of downtime at the airport while others arrive - we appreciate your flexibility as we coordinate shared transportation. Because space is limited, this service is intended for guests flying in and looking to avoid renting a car. If you prefer a more flexible arrival time, we recommend arranging your own transportation. Please note: Guests must be present at the scheduled departure time to utilize the shuttle. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange alternate transportation to the island. Return shuttles on Sunday will depart earlier in the day to accommodate group travel schedules, which might mean an earlier start to your "day-after" morning. Please prepare accordingly. The shuttles will not wait for late passengers. We’ll share finalized shuttle times closer to the wedding weekend. Thank you for your understanding - we’re excited to have you with us! If you are flying in to Michigan, another airport option is flying into Pellston Regional Airport (PLN), located in Emmet County, Michigan. PLN offers flights through Delta and United Airlines. It is about a 45-minute drive from Pellston to Mackinaw City.

If you are flying in to Michigan, we would recommend flying in to Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City, Michigan. With flights through Delta, American Airlines, Allegiant, United Airlines, and more. It is about a 2 hour drive from Traverse City to Mackinaw City.

You won't find any Uber or Lyft cars on the island, but if you are looking for a way to get yourself and your bags from the docks, or simply tour around the island, we'd recommend reaching out to Mackinac Island Carriage Tours. Please note - carriages will not do "on call" pick ups past 11pm. If you will need a late night carriage ride, that we are not scheduling for you, you will need to call and schedule it ahead of time.
