Country Club Casual Attire: Polished, relaxed, and a little autumnal. Think slacks and a sweater, a crisp button-down, floral dresses, rich fall colors, and elevated separates. Comfortable enough to mingle, but with a little effort and elegance.
Kick off our wedding weekend with us! BBQ and Beverages on us! Carriages will depart promptly at 5:30pm for Welcome Night for those staying at the Inn at Stonecliffe & the surrounding area. Please be outside at the North Lawn (front) of the Inn at Stonecliffe ready to go before this time – due to the nature of demand for carriages on the island, they will not wait for you if you are late. Carriages will pick up at the end of the event at the front of the Island House Hotel and will depart promptly at 9:15pm. For those wishing to stay downtown a little longer to continue the fun, a limited number of carriages will depart at 11pm from Shepler’s.

Formal Attire: Dressy and elegant, but no tux required. Think suits and ties, long or midi dresses. Festive, refined, and wedding-worthy - formal, yes, but not black-tie.
Pre-ceremony sparkling will be available at 3:30pm with our ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00pm. Wedding Day Carriage Schedule for those staying downtown is as follows. Please be outside and ready to go before these times – these are the departure times. They will not wait for you if you are late. Island House Hotel - 3:00pm Pine Cottage - 3:00pm Inn on Mackinac - 3:00pm Harbor View Inn - 3:00pm Carriages will depart at end of event at the front of Stonecliffe promptly at 10:00pm for a general downtown drop off and again at 12:15am to return you to the lodging above.

Sunday morning we’ll be posted up in the Backyard for a loose, come-and-go brunch. No timeline, no structure - just coffee, breakfast, and varying degrees of recovery. Drift in whenever you’re ready (we won’t judge the timing), and if you’ve got a ferry to catch, come say a quick goodbye on your way out!
