Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please note that the average daily temperature in the Yucatán in March can range from 67°F to 94°F. 1.) Welcome Event: Casual Attire. Anything goes: guayabera shirts, sundresses, sandals, shorts, skirts. 2.) Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception: Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses, pantsuits, etc. Please avoid wearing white or stiletto heels as the ceremony and reception will be taking place on grass. Bright, funky colors are encouraged! Please let us know if you have any questions on the dress code. 3.) La Tornaboda: Casual Attire. Please bring a bathing suit if you would like to swim.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your kids. However, we won't be having a child-friendly wedding weekend. We appreciate your effort in making your child-care arrangements ahead of the weekend. Please reach out to us if there are any concerns.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the hotels to the wedding ceremony and reception at Hacienda Dzibikak. We will be providing transportation to the hotels from Hacienda Dzibikak as well. More information on this is forthcoming.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation for all guests to the ceremony. However, if you opt for your own transportation to the wedding, please arrive at Hacienda Dzibikak by 3:45pm on Saturday, March 7, 2026. There is parking available at Hacienda Dzibikak. We DO NOT encourage drinking and driving. If possible, please take advantage of the provided transportation.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

Please see the "SCHEDULE" section of the website for information on all events during the wedding weekend.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline for your RSVP will be provided in your invitation. However, if you are certain you will or will not be able to attend our wedding weekend, you are welcome to submit your RSVP on the website at your convenience prior to receiving an invitation. If you do not respond, it is assumed that you are not attending.

Question

What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Our reception is scheduled to end at 2am/3am. We don't expect all guests to keep up with our craziness and will be providing shuttles at earlier times throughout the night for return to the guests' hotels. More information on this will be provided.

Question

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, we will be posting information on hotel room blocks/discount codes as our wedding approaches. Please see the "TRAVEL" section of the website for more information. We also encourage guests to consider Airbnb/Vrbo/etc. as overnight stays via property rental companies are very inexpensive in Mexico. We'd be happy to share the properties we've stayed at previously.
