TRAVEL FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO RESORT

We strongly recommend booking a private transportation service in advance of your arrival in Mexico. Cancún International Airport (CUN) can be busy and overwhelming, and the safest, most convenient way to get to the resort is by arranging a transfer ahead of time. Look for a company that communicates via WhatsApp so you can easily coordinate upon arrival. We do not recommend using taxis at the airport unless they are arranged through a trusted provider or your hotel. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not permitted to operate airport pickups at CUN.
