Kevin has done an incredible job painstakingly renovating his house with the help of his dad Keith, brother Matthew, friend Jack, Uncle Jim, and many more over the last 5 years. All of them will be at the wedding!
They have re-sided the entire house, refinished the hardwood floors, rebuilt the chimney, replaced every window, replaced the entire kitchen including installing a new steel beam, lifted the NW end of the house and replaced 40 ft. of sill and boundary joist, replaced 2 upstairs original bathrooms, re-plumbed the main sewer line, installed recessed lighting throughout, re-did every electrical box, replaced the gutters, and removed a pool and 2 dangerous decks.
It has been a labor of love, and we are proud of it! (See the "Gallery" page for progress pics!)
But there's still more to go, and it's time to finally get this sweet house across the finish line so there's enough space for Lyzz and Frankie too.
