Shuttle

A shuttle will pick guests up at 3:15pm with a prompt departure time of 3:30pm at the Hampton Inn and take everyone to the Peninsula Room (venue). In addition, return rides will be offered back to the Hampton Inn at 9:15pm, 10:15pm, and 11:15pm.
Travel Note
Keep in mind that Uber/Lyfts are not reliable since this is a small town. We will book a shuttle between the venue and the Hampton, but if you stay elsewhere, plan on needing a DD!
Hotel
We do not have a block here, but there are some rooms available for ~$225-$255 / night. It’s down the street from the Hampton, so we will finagle pick up and drop-off with the bus too.

Travel Note
Whether you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn where we have a block of rooms, or somewhere else, book early! Late September is prime color-changing time when many Michiganders head Up North for long weekends to see the Fall colors on the trees, so rooms are scarce. If you'd rather not stay at a hotel, there are lots of options on Airbnb around too. Just be sure to check the drive time because traffic will be heavy and there are not many alternative routes.
Flight
You can fly directly to Traverse City (most likely on a connection) or you can fly into Detroit (DTW), which is about a 4-hour drive, or Grand Rapids (GRR), which is about a 2-hour drive to Traverse City.
