UPDATE: If you previously booked a room, then it has been transferred to the new block with the same rate! This is where the bride and groom will be staying for the wedding weekend. This beautiful hotel is located right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins (a must see part of the city -- see our guide about things to do!). This hotel is about 15 minutes from the venue and is an absolute gem! Each room is uniquely appointed, and comes with a record player to play the records that can be checked out from the lobby. The hotel also has 3 bars and a restaurant, two of which have live jazz on certain nights of the week. We have reserved 10 rooms for both Friday and Saturday night at a negotiated rate, but please feel free to book outside the block if you find a better rate. The last day to book within the block is May 22, 2020. After that date, the rooms will be released. Rooms are $239.00 if booked within the block. Parking is $18.00/night if self-park and $23.00/night if valet.

Best Western University Inn

This lovely little hotel is right across the street from Kelsey and Tyler's first apartment together and CSU campus, and just a few minutes up the street from Old Town. This is a very charming little place with a small pool and bikes available for rent. This hotel is very centrally located and is about 17 minutes away from the venue. Tip: Mugs coffee shop on Laurel (Kelsey and Tyler's favorite) is just a short walk away! **UPDATE: The link currently will not work until April 25th. Rooms can still be reserved in the block by calling the hotel directly!** The negotiated rate is $145.00 per night and can be booked by clicking the link below. You should be booking in the Cribari/Lucero block of rooms. If you have trouble, you can also call the front desk and mention Cribari/Lucero wedding and they will give you the same rate. The rate includes breakfast. There is no fee for parking. The last date to book a room here is May 25, 2021 and after that date the rooms will be released.

Fort Collins Marriott

This Marriott is located in midtown Fort Collins. It is a large hotel close to the Foothills Mall. The location of this is right in the middle between the northern Old Town/college campus area and the Harmony corridor. It is about 20 minutes from the venue. There is no fee for parking. There is a pool and a restaurant/bar in the lobby. We have 5 rooms reserved for Friday June 25th, and 10 rooms reserved for Saturday June 26th. The last day to book at this hotel is May 20, 2021 and after that date the rooms will be released. The negotiated rate for a room here is $185.00/night.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Collins South

This hotel is our most affordable option and is located on the southeast side of Fort Collins. It's a brand new hotel that offers a pool and free breakfast and it is located in the same shopping center as a couple of restaurants and bars. It is also located across the street from Kelsey and This location will be about 15 minutes to the center of town (though only about 5 minutes to a whole slew of restaurants along Harmony) and about 20-25 minutes from our venue. Rooms here are $99.00 per night or $115.00 for a suite. Use the link above to book your room. Rooms must be booked before May 28th, 2021 to ensure you get a room in the block. After that date, they will still honor the rate, but they can't guarantee there will be a room available.
