Reception

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Plus / Semi-Formal Attire: More dressy than tees and jeans. Think slacks, sundresses, button-down shirts, midi/maxi dresses. Please wear comfortable shoes, there will be some uneven terrain and rocks.

Please join us for our cocktail hour and reception at Prairie Skipper Pavilion. There is parking available for 85 cars. Admission fees are included as a part of our wedding. Please be aware this is an outdoor venue, so please dress appropriately. For those planning to Uber to the reception please note that Cheyenne Mountain Park does not allow ride apps within the boundaries of the park. However, they do allow passengers to be dropped off at the park entrance. To facilitate ride app use we have arranged for Mr. Benish (Senior) to shuttle guests between the park entrance and pavilion. Shuttling will take place from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM with the pickup at the signage in front of the Visitor Center. At the end of the night or on request Mr. Benish will shuttle guests back to the park entrance. Please let us know if you intend to Uber to the reception so that we can rent an appropriately sized vehicle. Ride App Drop off & Pick Up Location: Cheyenne Mountain State Park Visitor Center

Celebratory Hike!

Athleisure: Please dress comfortably and in comfortable shoes to walk in all types of terrain. Dress in layers as the weather may change unexpectedly.

We will be *hopefully* be doing the Gold Camp Reservoir and South Suburban Reservoir Loop. It can be fairly busy, especially the time we intend to go, so plans may change. There is a parking lot but with very limited spaces and carpooling is recommended. There may also be pullout spots along the side of the road.
