The discounted price is only available by booking directly with the hotel's front desk.** A block of rooms has been reserved at the La Quinta. Reservations must be made by May 8, 2020 for the reduced price. You must contact La Quinta's front desk directly (extension 4), if you use the central reservation line (extension 1) you will be told the room block is full and unable to have the discounted price. June is a busy month in Colorado, so please book rooms early. La Quinta is approximately ten minutes from Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Prices are as follows: Thursday, June 11, 2020 Standard 2 Queens Room: $147.00 Standard King Room: $142.00 Friday, June 12, 2020 and Saturday June 13, 2020 Standard 2 Queens Room: $157.00 Standard King Room: $152.00 Hotel Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m. Hotel Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. Guests may upgrade to suites on any night for an additional $10.00-$15.00.

Fireside Cabins

For guests looking to stay somewhere more rustic, the venue has recommended Fire Side Cabins & RV. Please know that we will not be providing transportation to Fire Side at the end of the evening. Cabins can be rented for approximately $89 per night on the weekends and have a full bed, fold out twin size sofa bed, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker and toaster. A large apartment is also offered which has two bedrooms, a fold out queen size sofa bed, full kitchen, living room and a large family room. You can see photos of the apartment on AirBnB under "cozy home in the foothills between RMNP & Fort Collins." Shuttle

End of the Evening Shuttle Service

June 13, 2020 10:30 pm - 11:30 pm

We invite guests to use a ride share service to arrive at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. At the end of the evening a shuttle service will be available from Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch to La Quinta. Shuttle service will begin when the reception ends at 10:30 p.m. and end following the campfire at 11:30 p.m. Please know that cell phone service is poor at the ranch and guests may be unable to call a ride share at the end of the evening, therefore we encourage you to utilize the shuttle. If guests are not staying at La Quinta, we invite you to use the shuttle and call a ride share service from La Quinta where cell phone service will be available. Guests may also leave their cars at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch overnight if needed and return for them in the morning.
