Celebratory Picnic

Guests who arrive early are invited to join us for lunch at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Please follow the signs to the picnic pavilion.
Welcome Campfire

We look forward to greeting our guests at the welcome campfire held at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Beer and snacks will be provided, if a different drink is preferred BYOB is also permitted by the ranch for the campfire. Standing room is unlimited, but seats are limited in the campfire area. Please feel free to bring a folding chair if you desire. Please follow the signs to the parking lot located by the bonfire and remember that cell phone service is spotty at the ranch.

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Such as cocktail dresses and LBDs for women and dark jackets, slacks, suit or a button down without a jacket for men. Bonus points for cowboy boots!
Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outside in an unshaded area. Please arrive early to allow time to park and travel to the ceremony site. *Please only bring children who are seven and older*

After Party Campfire

All guests are invited to join us following the reception for a campfire. For guests wanting to join for the campfire, a bus will depart from Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch at 11:30 p.m. to drop guests off at La Quinta. Please know that cell phone service is spotty so it may be difficult or impossible to call a Lyft or Uber. Guests not staying at La Quinta are welcome to bus to La Quinta and call for a ride from there. La Quinta is approximately ten minutes from Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Additionally, Guests may leave their cars at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch overnight if needed.
