We have secured three room blocks, all within a 5 minute walk from the venue - The Westin, Hotel Chicago, and Aloft. There are also plenty of hotels directly around the venue (Residence Inn and Hyatt Place to name a few).
The hotels are easy to get to from either O'Hare or Midway airport. From O'Hare, you can take the Blue Line and get off at Clark/Lake. From Midway, you can take the Orange Line and get off at Clark/Lake. The hotel is two blocks away from the stop, and a nice walk over the river with a very pretty view of the city.
It is also very easy to get an Uber or a Taxi from either airport. Traffic into the city can take a while from either airport though, so if you are comfortable taking public transportation (and are landing at a reasonable hour) we'd recommend it!
