Instead of a traditional single-day celebration, we’ve planned a small, intimate wedding weekend to spend meaningful time with the people who matter most to us. The full lineup of events is outlined on our Schedule page. While we’d love for you to join us for the entire weekend, we understand that may not be possible for everyone. We simply ask that you do your best to attend the events you’ve been invited to - we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
If you’re part of the wedding party, you’re invited to join us starting Thursday, April 9th, as we kick off the celebrations with a few pre-wedding events. For family and guests, we recommend arriving by Saturday, April 11th (or the night of Friday, April 10th if you'd like to join us on Saturday morning at the beach!), when the main events begin. Please refer to the Schedule page for a full breakdown of the weekend. We kindly ask that you keep your role in mind as you make travel plans - we’re so excited to spend this time with you!
We want everyone to feel comfortable with their accommodations, so we haven’t reserved a hotel block. That said, the Travel tab includes a few hotel and housing suggestions in the area to help you get started. Of course, you’re welcome to stay wherever feels best for you! For those in the wedding party: you're welcome to stay at the villa where the reception and other festivities will take place. While staying on-site would make for an easier and more seamless transition between events, it’s absolutely not required - we completely understand if you prefer to arrange separate accommodations.
The Bachelor and Bachelorette parties are being planned by our incredible Best Man, Jax Taylor, and Maids of Honor, Mercedes Fuller and Ava Liotta. They’ve got some fun surprises up their sleeves, so if you have any questions or need details, feel free to reach out to them directly!
We’re starting off the wedding weekend with a relaxed beach day on Saturday, April 11th - a chance to soak up the Florida sunshine, unwind, and enjoy some casual fun with everyone. If you plan to join us, please bring anything you’d like to feel comfortable at the beach (towels, chairs, sunscreen, umbrellas, etc.). We’ll have food and drinks available for everyone, but feel free to bring along anything else you’d like to enjoy throughout the day. Please see the Schedule page for more details. We can’t wait to spend the day with you!
You can use the RSVP tab above to let us know which events you’ll be joining throughout the weekend. Please note that not all events listed on the weekend timeline will appear in your RSVP form - RSVPs are only collected for specific events, while others are included for your awareness and planning purposes.
Please kindly RSVP by October 31, 2025!
We’re keeping our celebration small and intimate, and as such, we’re only able to accommodate those who are formally listed on the invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding!
You will be missed! If you’re unable to attend the full wedding weekend or any individual event, please let us know through the RSVP tab on our website so we can plan accordingly.
Mid-April is one of the best times to be in Destin! Expect warm, sunny days in the mid-70s and comfortable evenings in the upper-50s to low-60s. The Gulf water is around 70–72°F - refreshing but perfect for a swim if you’re up for it. You might see the occasional light spring shower, but they’re usually brief and followed by more sunshine. In other words, it’s ideal weather for beach days, outdoor fun, and celebrating together. Most events will take place outdoors or partially outdoors, so breathable, comfortable clothing is encouraged. And of course, don’t forget your sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfy shoes - especially for the beach day on Saturday!
Yes - weather permitting, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors to make the most of the beautiful setting. In the event of rain or unfavorable conditions, we do have tents and backup plans in place. We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and staying hydrated throughout the day.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout all of the weekend’s festivities, so please dress in a way that reflects both the setting and the celebration. For the main events, we kindly ask that you dress in semi-formal attire - this typically means cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and dress shirts with slacks, suits, or sport coats for men. Ties are optional but welcome. Given the Florida setting, feel free to lean into light, breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear.
Our dinner menu features a mix of fresh coastal flavors and comforting favorites. Guests can enjoy starters like crab cakes with remoulade, along with a summer berry salad. Entrées include herb-crusted beef tenderloin with demi glace, sautéed shrimp with key lime butter, and roasted chicken, served alongside Yukon mash, green beans, and warm dinner rolls. We’ve made sure to accommodate all dietary needs - including vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restrictions - so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
We’ll have a selection of beer, wine, and a few other drinks available throughout the weekend, but varieties will be limited. If there’s something specific you enjoy or know you’ll want, we definitely encourage you to bring your drink of choice!
No. We kindly ask for all phones and cameras to remain silenced and put away until the ceremony concludes. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing our wedding day, and we will be happy to share those photos with you at a later date. During and after the reception, take as many photos as you would like!
