Our Bachelor and Bachelorette Day is being fully planned by our incredible Maids of Honor and Best Man, and they’ve got an unforgettable day in the works! If you have any questions about the plans, what to bring, or anything in between, please reach out to them directly—they’re the masterminds behind all the fun!

Beach Day
9:30 am - 4:30 pm
To decompress before the wedding, join us for a relaxed and sunny beach day! We’ll be taking orders for snacks, drinks, and plenty of Pub Subs, so no need to worry about packing a full meal. We’ll also have some beach essentials available, but we recommend bringing anything you personally need to stay comfy and beach-ready for a full day of fun in the sun! If you’re one of our family members flying in early, you’re more than welcome to join us for the beach day at any time—we’ll make sure you can easily find us. If not, no worries—just do your best to join us for the Welcome BBQ this evening.
Family Arrives
12:00 pm
Just a heads-up that 12 PM isn’t a set arrival time—please feel free to book whichever flight is most convenient for you. That said, we do ask that you plan to arrive in time to get settled before the BBQ at 6 PM that evening. No rush, but we’d love for you to be there!
Welcome BBQ
6:00 pm
We will be firing up the grill with burgers, chicken breasts, and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy. If you’d like to bring a side or dessert to share, we’d love it—but no pressure! We’ll have plenty of options for everyone (including some tasty vegetarian choices), so come hungry, relax, and help us kick off the wedding weekend with good food and great company.

Wedding Party Prep

This portion of the day is dedicated to getting ready with your crew and soaking in the anticipation before it all begins. Both wedding parties will be in their designated spaces prepping, relaxing, and enjoying some downtime. Light refreshments and drinks will be available to keep everyone comfortable and energized. At this time, we'll begin capturing all the special behind-the-scenes moments—details, laughter, and everything in between—as we get ready to head into one of the most meaningful days of our lives.
Arriving to Ceremony
5:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Destin, FL 32540
We kindly ask that the groom, groomsman, and family members arrive at the beach between 5:45 and 6:00 PM. This will give everyone a chance to get settled, enjoy a bit of time to mingle, and take in the area before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start around 6:15 PM, so arriving within this window ensures you won’t miss a moment!
Ceremony & Photos
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm

Our wedding ceremony will take place on the beach with the Gulf as our backdrop. After we say “I do,” our photographer will remain on-site for additional photos—and you’re more than welcome to take advantage of the beautiful scenery and snap your own! We’ll be there right around sunset, so expect stunning views and a truly breathtaking atmosphere.
Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Our dinner menu was thoughtfully curated by us in collaboration with an incredible local catering company, and we’re sure you’re going to love it. This will also be the perfect time to raise a glass and share a few words if you feel inspired—we’d love to hear from you!
Dessert, Conversation & Good Company
9:00 pm - 11:30 pm
We’ll have a variety of delicious desserts for you to enjoy—there’s something for everyone! Stay for the music, mingle with friends and family, play a few games, and enjoy a relaxed, festive atmosphere as we keep the celebration going!
