Gifts are not expected! In fact, the biggest gift you could give us is your presence (we know how much it can be just to get to Brooklyn!)
The other biggest gift that you can give Mage, specifically, is using their preferred name and pronouns! This is the gift that keeps on giving because every time Mage is referred to by they/them pronouns, they get so so so happy!!! Trying is also enough for now—we’ll have a lifetime together for you to practice!

Having been together for nearly 13 years, I would say we aren’t really “starting” our life together, but you can absolutely help us upgrade our life together!!
