Flight
LaGuardia and JFK are the easier airports to deal with in Brooklyn. If staying at either of the hotels, it will take roughly an hour to get to or from either hotel to either airport.

Travel Note
The subway is a great way to get around New York. Here are a few tips for navigating it: • Travel times will surprise you in New York. Check Google or Apple Maps for the current estimated time to get somewhere, and add 15 minutes. • Let passengers get off the train before boarding it—it's a good idea to stand at the edges of the door while you wait to board. • The train costs $2.90 per ride. The easiest way to pay is using your smartphone (with Apple Pay or Google Pay) or a contactless credit card at the turnstiles. You can also get an OMNY card at vending machines in some stations (but it's not as convenient). • It can feel overwhelming at first, but there are many signs all over the station that do a good job of indicating where you need to go!
