The weather in late August can be very warm, so dress appropriately for warm weather for the outdoor ceremony! Inside the reception is air conditioned.

Due to limited capacity at our venue, if your kids are not listed on your RSVP then they are not invited. We'd love to have everyone's kids come but unfortunately there is not enough capacity to have everyone!

Please RSVP as soon as you're able, with the latest date being July 20th. We have to get guest count amounts to vendors and cannot accommodate late RSVPs.

The dress code is cocktail semi-formal. Think "Elevated summer evening attire". Colorful summer dresses, linens, nice button ups. Nothing too casual. If you'd like, make it fun summer colors & take this chance to dress up & have fun!

Please see the "Travel" page on our wedding website for hotel recommendations. We have a hotel block at Hyatt Place in Billings on Shiloh Road. See our travel page for the link for the hotel block. There are many other hotels and everything in Billings is within a 15/20 minute drive away from the wedding location. There are also many AirBnBs as well!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding location :)

Answer

Yes, you can leave your car at the venue if you catch a ride home. Just come pick it up the next morning as there's another wedding there on Saturday. Always best to be safe and catch a ride with someone :)
