The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend selecting footwear suitable for grass and keeping warm weather in mind. The reception will follow indoors in an air-conditioned space for a comfortable evening of dining and celebration. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:55 PM to allow time for seating. Immediately following the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy a cocktail hour on the lawn outside the building, featuring live music from a string quartet. During this time, please take a moment to head inside the building to enter through the front doors, sign our guest book, and grab a drink—then return outside to relax, listen to the music, and mingle. The reception will follow indoors, where we’ll share dinner, toasts, and celebrate the evening with live music from a fun country band—so be sure to bring your dancing shoes!
