CALL 303-526-2000 TO BOOK. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. We have a room block for wedding guests from 8/29 - 9/1 at the Comfort Suites Hotel, located about 10 minutes from the venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue to the hotel on the day of the wedding. To reserve your room, you must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for “Reservations”; tell them that you wish to make a reservation for the LeVan-Jones group. Do not book online, as you won't get the discount!! You must make your reservation by 07/28/24 to take advantage of the group rate.

There are plenty of VRBO/Airbnb options near Evergreen Lake. Before booking your stay, we recommend asking the property to see a copy of their city license to operate a short-term rental property to ensure that the property is registered with the city. Please also factor in the distance from the rental property to our venue. Ubers are difficult to come by in Evergreen, so we'd recommend renting a car if you plan to stay in a rental house.
