Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Please arrive between 3:45pm - 4:15pm for a 4:30 ceremony. We will have shuttles transporting guests from the Comfort Inn to Evergreen Lake House on the wedding day. Shuttles will start looping between the hotel and the venue at 3:15pm and stop around 4pm. Shuttle service will start again at 9pm and loop until 1:30am, transporting guests back to the Comfort Suites, Highland Haven Creekside Inn, and the Cactus Jacks after party. There is parking at the venue for this wishing to drive.

Cactus Jack's is a short (15 minute) walk from the venue, but we will also have a shuttle transporting guests from Evergreen Lake House to Cactus Jack's. The shuttles will be able to take guests back to the Comfort Suites at the end of the night. IMPORTANT: Shuttle service ends at 1:30am and there is very limited Uber availability in Evergreen. We strongly recommend that you catch the last shuttle home unless you plan on sleeping at the bar :)

Friends and family are invited to come hang out with the newlyweds for a day of fun park games and mingling. Drop by for as long or short as you'd like. Light snacks and and beverages will be provided, but feel free to BYO if you'd like to bring anything to share.
