When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than 08.August.2025 either via our wedding planners or directly on this website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will miss you celebrating with us however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue in a timeframe they have provided us and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you understand!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
YES! We want our guests to dress to impress! We require all guests to be in Gala/ black tie attire. Women should be dressed in floor length gowns (avoiding beige, white, nude colors) and men in suits or tuxedos! Thank you! If you need help deciding what to wear please reach out to the bride with any questions.

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those on the invitation. Thanks for your understanding!

We look forward to celebrating with you and we love your little ones! But our ceremony and reception will be adult only events so please plan ahead.

Where is the ceremony & Reception?
Answer
The ceremony & Reception are both being held at Hacienda Kinchil. They will be both held outside, signs will be located on the ground to assist you in the right direction.

How do We get to the venue?
Answer
We’re happy to provide shuttle service to and from the Hacienda on the wedding day for all of our guests. Departure times and pick-up locations in Mérida will be shared as we get closer to the date. For the return journey, shuttles from the Hacienda back to Mérida will run hourly from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM. If you prefer to make your own arrangements or happen to miss the shuttle, Hacienda Kinchil is located approximately 62 km (about a 50-minute drive) from Mérida. Options like Uber or car rentals are also available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 18h15, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you are seated on time.

What is the Weather like this time of the year?
Answer
Early November is lovely in Merida! Average temperatures between 21 to 30 degrees Celsius (nights can get chilly)

Is there Parking on site?
Answer
Yes, free parking is available at the hacienda but we highly encourage you to leave your car in your accommodation and take one of the shuttles that we will arrange for all of our guests.
