With friends and family traveling from all over the world, this evening is the perfect chance to meet, mingle, and start the celebrations together before the wedding. Join us for a night of laughter, fun activities, and delicious food as Leo and I welcome each of you. DETAILS: - Start time: 7:30 PM - Dinner: Tacos - Open bar: 7:30 – 10:30 PM - Mariachi: 9:00 – 9:30 PM Please note: while transportation from Mérida will not be provided, we have a contact who can help arrange it if needed. Feel free to message Ximena or Leo for the details. Otherwise, we recommend Uber or a rental car for convenience. We can’t wait to kick off the festivities with all of you!

Black-Tie / Gala : Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in Mérida! During this time of year, temperatures can range from 21–30°C, and evenings may get a bit chilly. We kindly ask that you respect our dress code: Women: Floor-length gowns (please avoid white or cream). For inspiration, check out our Pinterest board linked on the invite. Men: A tuxedo isn’t required, though welcome if you’d like. A formal dark suit is perfect, but feel free to choose a color that best suits your style. SCHEDULE & TRANSPORTATION: - Shuttles to the hacienda will depart from Paseo 60 and Parque Santa Lucía at 5:00 PM. - Ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and a lively reception. - Shuttles back to Mérida will start at 11:00 PM and run every hour until 3:00 AM. - A late-night menu will be served at 1:00 AM. Brunch/Pool Party

Bring your best Swimming Suit or Casual wear

After a long and emotional night of celebration, we invite you to join us for a relaxing pool party at the hacienda! We’ll have tacos and fresh drinks (non-alcoholic) to help cure any hangovers. If you’d like to keep the party going, feel free to bring your own alcohol. Transportation: While we won’t be able to provide shuttles from Mérida, we do have a contact who can help arrange transportation if needed. Please message Ximena or Leo for the details.
