Wedding Day Transportation from (Hyatt Westlake) to the venue (Camarillo Ranch)

FYI, you won't need transportation for Friday night from the Westlake Hyatt (it's across the street!). On Saturday, there will be transportation provided roundtrip from the Westlake Hyatt Hotel to the venue. The hotel will provide the exact transportation times leaving from the hotel (roughly 3:30-4pm). The bus will also bring guests back to the hotel anytime from 10pm-1:00am!

Westlake Village (Not Westlake, LA) in Thousand Oaks is about 1.5-2 hrs northwest of LAX Airport (major airport) and 1 -1.5 hrs west of Burbank Airport (less flight options, but more conveniently located). Pro tip for out of towners - try not to land and then drive to Westlake Village between 2pm-6pm as this will be with traffic flow :) If you head back towards the airports on the weekday, expect to be traveling with traffic during rush hours. The easiest way to get to Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks from any airport will be by renting a car or carpooling with other travel mates. Note that Camarillo is 20 mins further west on the 101 from Westlake Village! If taking Uber/ Lyft or going carless, consider arranging alternative transportation ahead of time as it can be expensive to travel via rideshare Thousand Oaks area. The Mariott is another local hotel in Westlake Village. It's about 7 minutes away from Friday's event and 20 minutes from the wedding venue.
