Driving Directions
If you are traveling from New York or Boston, the easiest way to get to Cape Cod is by car. The Chatham Bars Inn has recommended driving directions on its website. Please beware that driving to the Cape on a Friday afternoon in summer may well involve a lot of traffic. Plan to leave plenty of extra time.
Flight
Logan Airport or Barnstable Municipal Airport
Guests traveling from outside of the New England area can either fly to Boston's Logan Airport or to Barnstable Municipal Airport in Hyannis, MA. Cape Air flies to Hyannis from Boston and JetBlue flies from JFK airport for those who wish to minimize drive time. A taxi ride from the Barnstable Airport to Chatham takes approximately 40 minutes. Uber and Lyft rides are available on a limited basis.
