Join us for dinner on Friday night to kick off the weekend. This will be a buffet dinner with food options for everyone. Dinner will be served outdoors (weather permitting). Please dress accordingly!

Saturday Morning Activities

Two tennis courts at Chatham Bars Inn will be reserved for wedding guests from 10:00am-12:00pm. Bring your own rackets and just show up! A one-hour boat tour of Pleasant Bay and Chatham Harbor will leave from the Chatham Bars Inn dock at 10:00am (arrive by 9:50am). There is room for 18 wedding guests. The boat does not have a cover so please wear a hat and bring plenty of sunscreen! Tee times for eight players at 10:00am/10:10am have been reserved at the adjacent Chatham Seaside Links. Rental clubs are available. These activities are complimentary for wedding guests. To participate in any of these activities please email Paul at stanzlerpaul@gmail.com.
Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will be outdoors, overlooking Pleasant Bay. Guests will be seated on the lawn. Ladies, please be mindful of heels in the grass! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm and last approximately 30 minutes. Please leave plenty of time to navigate Cape Cod traffic and parking at the hotel.
Dinner, Drinks, and Dancing

Join us for a one-hour cocktail reception followed by dinner and dancing. Come prepared to dance the night away under the tent!
Dessert and More Dancing

At 10:00pm, we will relocate to the Monomoy Room on the hotel premises for dancing and dessert. The Monomoy is a five-minute walk from the tent. Help us bring the night to the end with more dancing and cheer.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Grab a bite to eat and say your goodbyes before hitting the road. Join us for brunch at the Boathouse (structure adjacent to the ceremony lawn) at Chatham Bars Inn on Sunday morning. Coffee, ocean views, and breakfast treats are the perfect elixir for your post-wedding hangover.
