Jeff is my older brother, and by far my favorite brother. Growing up I looked up to Jeff because of his interest in all of the coolest things, such as RPG video games and Magic the Gathering. Jeff always knew the coolest hair styles, like shaving a lightning bolt into the side, or using a handful of gel to slick it back. Jeff also introduced me to normal things like anime and death metal. All of the things that make me the average, well adjusted person I am today is because of my brother. In seriousness; though, Jeff has truly helped me find my way in life, and has always been there for me when I needed him. I am very proud of all my brother has accomplished, and I was so happy to welcome his wife Toni into our family. Now, I am honored to call him not only my brother, but my best man.

Laura and Henry met through friends at the University of Southern California several months before graduation. From the start, they realized they shared a number of interests, including a love of shounen anime, an enjoyment of adventurous cuisine, and a strong common appreciation for their favorite video games, roleplaying games, and board games. For almost 10 years, Henry has been a key figure in Laura's life, and has been a support and best friend as she has grown through many life experiences. Laura even called Henry moments after she first saw John, six months before she and John officially met, and afterward, Henry was instrumental in helping Laura and John's relationship grow. Laura and John love Henry, and his husband César, dearly, and consider them family and lifelong friends.
