The short answer is "No," but carried babies are fine. We love your children! But, due to government regulations, we are limited in our guest count and we can only celebrate with those who are closest to us. However, infants are welcome! Please let us know if you are bringing a carried child so we can accommodate.
Yes! We will be blocking out a huge number of rooms at the Westin Pasadena! We will put a link below once we sign a new contract to get a great discounted room rate in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, also a several minute drive from our wedding venue.
If you are flying in from a long distance, we recommend the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) as a first-choice because it has the most direct flight options to most major cities. Other airports in the area are the Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).
Formal attire, however the grounds are soft and unpaved, so please be conscious of footwear choices. Also please note that there is a traditional Japanese teahouse which guests can enjoy after removing their shoes.
In late April, the average highs are in the 70s and lows in the 50s, and it is usually clear or with partial clouds, and dry. Since the wedding will be outdoors, we recommend a light jacket for the evening.
There is no self parking at the wedding venue, nor in the neighborhoods around the area. We instead are providing a valet service for our guests. We also encourage rideshares like Uber and Lyft. The gardens are a short drive from the Westin Pasadena hotel room block!
