Maid of Honor
Ashley and Madi have been best friends since their freshman year of high school and quickly became inseparable. Through every phase of life, Madi has been Ashley’s steady rock, and their friendship has never wavered. She was even there to celebrate the special moment when Hunter proposed.
Best Man
Hunter and Cayden have been close since sophomore year of high school, where their friendship began playing lacrosse together. After serving in the Navy, Cayden moved back with his wife, Ellie, and their baby, Ezekiel, and quickly became part of a tight-knit group with Hunter and Ashley.
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Hannah have been best friends since elementary school, growing up side by side through every quirky phase. In high school, they made sure to share classes and spent nearly every weekend together—usually up to something mischievous, despite looking like the “good kids.”
Groomsman
Chris is Hunter’s older brother and the proud dad of Maverick and Beckham. Hunter also shares a special bond with Chris's wife, Reyna, and even proposed to her on Chris's behalf while he was stationed in Germany. Chris has always been an incredible brother and friend.
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Audrey’s friendship was introduced by Hannah, and she soon joined the group with Hannah and Madi. They first bonded in middle school over boybands and YouTubers, and in high school Audrey managed the lacrosse team while Ashley played. Ashley eventually got her to join student council, and they shared many memories in choir.
Groomsman
Hunter and Braden have been friends since 8th grade when they were neighbors, quickly forming a bond over backyard sword battles. Over the years, they’ve always been there for each other, and Braden and Ashley's roommate Abi were part of the very first time Hunter and Ashley hung out after she moved back from Oregon.
Bridesmaid
Sami was Ashley’s very first friend when she transferred to Eastern Oregon her junior year of college for lacrosse. With the kindest heart, she’s always there for you in a heartbeat. Off the field, they spent their time pregaming for football games, partying, and getting into a little mischief together.
Groomsman
Hunter first met Chase at a water line break that Chase caused while Hunter worked at Flow Right — a hilarious introduction that led to a lasting friendship. Later coworkers at Billight Electric, one of Hunter’s favorite memories is goofing off with Chase, including shooting gel blasters at random people on the way to jobs. Their friendship is full of laughs, and Hunter is excited to have him standing by his side.
Bridesmaid
Abby was one of Ashley’s roommates at Eastern Oregon, and while their friendship didn’t start right away, it quickly grew until they were inseparable. They bonded over gossiping, movies, parties, cooking, and even choir—despite different degrees, with Ashley in Biology and Abby in Music.
Groomsman
Hunter met James at Flow Right, and their friendship grew during a big project that had them staying together in Denver. Over time, James was welcomed into their friend group, and after Madi moved out, he even moved in with Hunter and Ashley, sharing countless memories along the way.
Bridesman
Ashlynn was Ashley’s first friend when she moved to Pueblo in third grade. In the few years they lived in the same town, they shared sleepovers, karaoke sessions, and plenty of time with their American Girl dolls. Even after Ashlynn’s dad was restationed to Georgia, their friendship never ended—they still talk regularly and see each other every few years.
Groomsman
Hunter met Greg back in 8th grade while playing for the Heroes lacrosse team, and they’ve been great friends ever since. One of Hunter’s favorite memories with Greg is when they showed up to school wearing our rival high school’s cheerleading uniforms for spirit day — and fully committed to the bit!
Parents of the Bride
Tricia and Luke married in 2013 and have been a loving, supportive presence in Ashley’s life ever since. Ashley is grateful for all the guidance, laughter, and love they’ve shared along the way, and she’s thrilled to have them by her side on her wedding day.
Parents of the Groom
Rusty and Michelle have been married since 1987 and have shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories. They’ve always been a guiding presence in Hunter’s life, and he’s excited to celebrate this special day with them by his side.
Flower Girl
Aviana, Ashley’s niece, has been the light of her life since she arrived in 2019 during Ashley’s freshman year of college. Already full of personality, she’s growing up to be just like her dad (and a little like her auntie too!).
Ring Bearers
Maverick and Backham, Hunter’s nephews, are true yin and yang—where one goes, the other follows. Maverick is analytical and thoughtful, while Beckham is all gas and no brakes, and Hunter couldn’t love them more.
Late Father of the Bride
Although Doug cannot be with Ashley on her wedding day, he will be honored in many ways throughout the ceremony and reception. Every girl dreams of her dad walking her down the aisle, and while it breaks her heart that he won’t be there, she knows he has the best seat in the house. Doug was a hardworking, loving father, and his spirit and guidance continue to be cherished and honored every day.
Officiant
Jeremiah (aka “The Father”) quickly became one of our closest friends alongside his wife Cass and their kids, Dev and Dany. From Copper trips to family events, they’ve become like family to us. What started as a joke one night about him marrying us turned real when he got ordained on the spot—and he’s proudly owned the title ever since!
