What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony begins at 2:30 PM.

Where is the ceremony/reception located?
Answer
The ceremony will be at Soda Creek Ranch, and the reception will be at Copper River. Please see the Schedule section for full addresses.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see you in Cocktail/Casual attire! Our wedding colors are soft blush and sage green if you’d like to incorporate them, but feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Will there be transportation between the ceremony and reception?

Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation.

Can I bring a guest?

Each invitation includes 1 guest per invitee unless otherwise specified.

Answer
Dinner will be served at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive on time if you RSVP’d for the meal.

Possibly. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Yes — there will be a cash bar. Credit, debit, and cash will be accepted, so please plan accordingly.

No — the meal will be a set menu selected by the bride and groom prior to the event.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Yes, but please be respectful — avoid blocking the aisle or other guests’ views. We’d love for you to enjoy the moment rather than worry about photos!

Will there be a professional photographer?

Yes! Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, so taking photos is completely optional.

You’re welcome to tag us if you’d like, but it’s not required. We’ll share our wedding hashtag once it’s ready!

Only invited children or children approved upon request, please. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I’m running late?
Answer
- Ceremony: Please do not interrupt — this is a very special moment. If you don’t think you’ll make it in time, we’d love for you to meet us at the reception instead. - Reception: It will be a come-and-go environment, but if you RSVP’d for dinner, please be sure to arrive before dinner is served.

Are there weather considerations or rain plans?
Answer
If rain is an issue during the ceremony, we will move it indoors. The reception is already inside, so that won’t be a concern. Please bring umbrellas or rain gear for moving between the venues to stay safe!
