We’re kicking off the weekend with a casual mountain welcome party on the lodge balcony as everyone arrives and checks in. BYOB or cash bar is available!
8:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Casual Attire: You may want layers like a jacket, sweatshirt, or blanket when it cools off in the evening.
At 8:00 PM, we’ll head over from the lodge to the fire pit for s’mores. The bridal party will be heading out shortly after to rest up for the big day, but feel free to stay and enjoy the fire. Please bring your favorite lawn chair just in case seats are full!
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Semi-formal Attire: Suits, cocktail dresses, and dressy jumpsuits are perfect. Please keep the mountain setting in mind — comfortable shoes and light layers are encouraged for the evening.
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony site by 5:00 PM to allow time for transportation and to enjoy the view before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. The ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking Fontana Dam — it’s a beautiful spot and a great opportunity for photos before we say “I do.” Following the ceremony, Hayley & Zack would love to take a quick photo with each guest before everyone returns to the event hall for the reception.
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Semi-formal Attire: Formal enough for photos/videos. Flexible enough to drop it low on the dance floor.
Following the ceremony, we’ll head back down to the event hall for drinks, dinner, and dancing.
9:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We’ll gather outside for a photo with sparklers before heading back in to continue the celebration. Guests with little ones or early mornings are welcome to make this their send-off moment.

The dance floor wraps at midnight, but the night doesn’t end there. Stop by the fire pit across from the event hall starting at 11pm to wind down and soak in the last moments together (until we run out of wood!).
