Reservations MUST be made by CALLING the hotel directly 845-338-0400. Say you are booking under the “Laschever Robinson Wedding.” The hotel is nearly SOLD OUT. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Individual reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. This is the hotel we encourage the majority of our guests to book because it is a 15 min walk to Uptown Kingston. This will also be the SHUTTLE BUS location for transportation to and from the wedding venue. FYI this hotel has an indoor pool. So bring a bathing suit if you would like to swim!

The best options of flights will probably come through Newark, LaGuardia or JFK Airports.

If you are taking an Amtrak train from New York or another state close by, the best train station to arrive into is Rhinecliff, which is about 20 minutes from Kingston. Metro North also travels to Poughkeepsie, which is about a 30 minute drive from Kingston.
