What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Wedges or flats are suggested, although not required due to grass surrounding the venue.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. We thank you for your understanding.

Is there a shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will leave from the Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel @ 503 Washington Ave, Kingston, NY 12401. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ON BOARD BY 4:00pm on SATURDAY! It will return to the Best Western at the end of the reception.

Answer

Your formal invitation will include RSVP information with the names of everyone who is invited.

Yes, the venue can accommodate vehicles on site.
