Why Telluride and Things to Do

You may be thinking - why on earth did they decide to get married in such a remote location? Trevor and Lara moved to Colorado in January 2021. A primary reason for choosing Colorado was the Rocky Mountains and the experiences they would bring. They love camping, hiking, offroading, and the outdoors. They knew their wedding needed to reflect who they are and what they love to do. They've had the opportunity to see some pretty epic places. And they wanted our wedding location to compete with where they've been. Telluride will do that, and more. If all things go according to plan, Telluride will be in peak fall colors for Oct 1. A quick Google search of "Telluride in the Fall" will explain the reasoning. In addition, they are from opposite sides of the country. Travel would have been required for most of their guests regardless. Why not make it a destination?
