Hotel
Wait in the lobby at 3:00pm if you plan to take the bus to the ceremony and reception. Buses will cycle every half hour in the evening to bring guests back to the hotel. If you plan to take the shuttle, do Kyla a solid and text her at (302) 753-8490 to tell her so and at which hotel you are staying.
Hotel
A discounted rate is available for those staying 2 nights and who book by September 6th. At 3pm, a shuttle will be available to take guests to the wedding and reception. Please text Kyla to notify her if you plan to use the shuttle. If you plan to take the shuttle, please wait in the lobby at 3pm. Buses will be available every half hour to bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding.
Shuttle

Shuttle buses will depart from the Hampton Inn and Suites promptly at 3:00pm to bring people to the ceremony and reception. Buses will begin cycling every half our from the reception, as needed, starting around 7:30pm or earlier if the need arises.
Travel Note
A limited number of guests are invited to camp on our 4.5 acres on the night before and of the wedding. If you plan to camp, please reach out to Kyla or Eric A.S.A.P. as space is limited to a first come, first serve basis. There will be porta-johns for guests, but please note that we only have one shower. Once we know how many guests we have, we can probably arrange for a place for you to shower and freshen up before the wedding (likely at a friends house) and can also possibly acquire a tent for you to borrow with enough advance notice. Flight
The Columbus airport is about 25 minutes from the hotel, and about 40 minutes from our house. There should be UBER aplenty and there's car rental on site. There is a second, much smaller airport called Rickenbacker International Airport, which has limited passenger flights and discount airlines. It's about the same distance form the hotel.
