The wedding ceremony & reception will be held at Robinswood House: 2430 148th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98007 This is a wheelchair accessible venue, but please connect with us to arrange accommodations ahead of time as this is an historic building.
Robinswood House is about a 40 min drive from Ballard in Seattle. Most out-of-town guests will be staying in Ballard, where we live. There will be a complimentary shuttle to the venue leaving at 1:45pm and another shuttle leaving the venue at 10:00pm. If you did not RSVP for the shuttle: Driving, Ride Shares, and Taxis are all recommended.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. The venue will set up tents if the weather turns to rain. Please remember to bring a layer as the temperature drops later in the evening.
We recommend lodging in Ballard, our Seattle neighborhood, as it is close to our welcome events and Sunday brunch. Hotel Ballard Located in the heart of historic Ballard, Hotel Ballard offers a boutique luxury stay within walking distance of many neighborhood restaurants and waterfront spots. It is a higher-end option, but guests who choose to stay here will enjoy beautifully designed rooms and access to the adjoining Olympic Athletic Club facilities. Ballard Inn For a cozy and charming historic stay, the Ballard Inn is a wonderful option. Some rooms feature shared bathrooms, but the property is well-maintained, comfortable, and connected to the Olympic Athletic Club, where guests have access to full shower facilities, gym amenities, and more. Each room also includes robes for added comfort. Airbnb & Vacation Rentals Ballard and the surrounding Seattle neighborhoods offer many excellent Airbnb and short-term rental options, which can be a great choice for couples or groups traveling together. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Hanna.

Garden Formal is our requested dress code. We want the day to feel romantic, joyful, and soft. For those wearing dresses, jump suits, or pant suits: Think romantic, floor-length, or tea-length. Light, flowing fabrics like chiffon, tulle, lace, and satin are perfect. Floral patterns are encouraged, but not required! Remember to bring a layer for when the temperature drops. For those wearing slacks, suits, or blazers: You can choose a full suit or mix and match a jacket with different colored slacks. A jacket-less look is also sharp! We prefer grey, blue, green, or beige instead of the usual black. Feel free to wear a floral tie or a fun vest, or keep it classic in navy. There’s no pressure to buy a new outfit—come as you feel most comfortable (just hopefully not in solid black). We’re so excited to see you in your garden best!
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day.
We'll be serving welcome snacks upon arrival, hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegan, and gluten free dishes. There will also be late night dancing snacks available.
Yes. There will be an open bar with NA and Alcoholic beverages alike!
