We first met back in 2019, during our freshman year of college—but our story didn’t truly begin until a few classes (and a couple of paid homework assignments) later. Fast forward to 2022, when fate finally decided to step in. We ended up in the same class again, and one day, Sam randomly chose to sit next to Matt. After class, Matt would always walk Sam back to her car—a small gesture that slowly became routine. Then came the snowstorm. Most people saw it as a reason to stay home, but for Matt, it was the perfect opportunity. Now, you may be wondering why—that was simply because Sam had a Jeep that could drive through the elements (thanks, Sue and Peter). With class canceled, he finally made his move, inviting Sam over to watch Star Wars (yes, she actually likes Star Wars). From that moment on, the rest was history.
