Bride and Groom
Iconic duo Korra and Seamus met in Norfolk, Virginia, back in 2020 and have been falling in love ever since. We are thrilled and grateful to be finally making our wedding dream come true. We cannot wait to bring both of our families together for a weekend of laughter and celebrations. Seamus proposed in October of 2024 while living in Hawaii. The two now live in Italy with their two cats Nubby and Rigatoni.
Officiant
Maggie is the Groom's older sister. Seamus and Maggie are two peas in a pod and have been close since childhood. She has always been there for Seamus and has now taken the bride under her wing, welcoming her into the Blaha family without hesitation. Korrissa and Maggie have now grown their own friendship outside of the classic family dynamic. She brings laughter and fun everywhere she goes and will be the perfect officiant.
Maid of Honor
My sorority sister turned sister sister. Kristen and I were roommates for 3 years along with Michaela. I spent long weekends and even a full summer with Kristen and her family. They became a second home to me throughout college. Kristen is the founder of our little trio and is a testament to the importance of friendship. She is now a Dogtor living in North Carolina. She is truly one of my greatest friends. I'm so proud to have her at my side.
Maid of Honor
How could I choose a Maid of Honor between my two closest friends? Jokes, I don't have to. Michaela actually recruited me into the sorority where we all met, and we've been unstoppable ever since. She brings me constant joy and laughter any time we can reunite. Whether it's a quick layover or a week-long vacation. She is now a nurse in Indiana. I've always dreamed of having her in my wedding and am so excited it's finally happening.
Bridesmaid
Cami and I bonded while I was at my first duty station in Norfolk when our significant others were on the same ship. We have continued to grow closer. In spite of distance, deployments, and overall life, our friendship remains strong and special to me. Cami is currently a flight attendant living in California with her family.
Bridesmaid
Anna and I met in college and she became my closest Navy friend and fellow Swifty. Even though we haven't lived in the same area for almost a decade, we still remain besties. Purdue just wouldn't have been the same without her. She is now in North Carolina working toward her Master's in Landscape Architecture.
Bridesmaid
My ride or die since high school. Everyone needs their small-town friend to come home to. She is that person for me and I'm so grateful for our years of friendship. No matter how long it's been since we've seen each other it's like no time has passed. Moving from an active duty officer to the reserve Air Force, she's now back in Colorado. I'm so grateful she will be there for my special day.
Bridesmaid
My sister in law turned friend. She is in Michigan beginning her time as an Oncologist after completing not only medical school but a PHD. She has welcomed me from day one, even though we somehow didn't meet in person for almost two years. We were instantly bonded. Casey and Maggie are truly the best sister-in-laws I could ask for.
Bridesmaid
The oldest of my two little sisters, whom I can't imagine getting married without. Retiring her multi-state-title gymnastics career Abigail is now attending CSU for a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and is hoping to one day be a large animal veterinarian. She is absolutely crushing the academic game and we can't wait to see where she will go!
Bridesmaid
My youngest sister, the wedding day just wouldn't cut it without her. She just hung up her crown as Montrose, Colorado, Rodeo Queen and will be starting her senior year of high school. She is a starter for the varsity lacrosse team, three three-year letterman, and soon to be 4th, awarded first team all-conference player last season
Best Man
Kevin is my oldest brother. Do not challenge him to an arm wrestling competition. Kevin is 9 years older than me and has been the example for my entire life. He led the way with Soccer and Lacrosse, but I pivoted and went Navy while he and Mark went Greek life at University of Illinois. He has supported me every step of the way, but most certainly cannot beat me in a wrestling match.
Best Man
Mark is my second oldest brother, and is the Ying to Kevin's Yang. Mark has been there for laughs and love, but mainly to beat a video game level when I can't. He has shown me what it is to be a good man, and has supported me through my life. I cannot wait to have him standing up there through a major step in my life.
Groomsman
Richard was my college roommate for 4 years at the Naval Academy. He and I went through the trials and tribulations during those grueling years. We also partied as hard as we could on the weekends. Richard was there to make sure I passed all my classes and graduated on time. He has a hell of a right hook and currently lives in 29 Palms, California, with his wife and 2 children. He is serving as an Officer in the Marine Corps.
Groomsman
Isaac is a college homeboy and Combat Arms shooting teammate. He is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to friends. He basically learned how to party in college from me. When he and I were not competing on the shooting range, we were having beers and wings at the local bars. He is currently serving as a Navy SEAL in San Diego, California.
Groomsman
Quentin is the Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School OG. We played Soccer together when we were barely walking. He has been my guy since before I can even remember. His basement and my attic were the iconic hangout spots, where we created lifelong memories with each other and the gang. He is currently in Medical School in Nebraska.
Groomsman
Paul was my first friend. We met through our older brothers, but have been brothers ever since. We played sports together, got in trouble together, and became men together. He will say he is taller than me, but 4-year-old Seamus will always disagree.
Groomsman
Noah is Korrissa's little brother. He is her squishy. Even though he and I have only met a few times, he is already considered a brother to me. He could beat my ass in lacrosse, but I am looking forward to him teaching me how to dirt bike. I've loved getting to know his family, and I'm excited for him to be standing up there with me.
Groomsman
Joey will be at this wedding in spirit. We will be partying in his honor. He was my college roommate and best friend. He and I lived with each other for 7 years and made incredible memories together. Ask any of the Naval Academy friends at this wedding, and it is guaranteed they will have a hilarious story about Joey. There will be a picture placed in the line of groomsman to represent how much Joey meant to me and Korrissa.
