Hailey Brzeski

Maid of Honor

I feel incredibly lucky and thankful every day to have the privilege of a built-in best friend — my younger sister, Hailey. The older we get, the closer we become, and the more I find myself cherishing her and realizing just how special it is to go through life with someone like her by my side. Hailey is one of the most hilarious, witty, and refreshingly honest people I know — and she never lets me get too full of myself (classic little sister energy). Even though she’s three years younger, she’s always carried the wisdom and insight of someone far beyond her years, and I admire her deeply for that. She's selfless, grounded, full of heart, and her sense of humor can brighten anyone’s day. I’m forever grateful for the gift of a sister — and best friend — like her. Fun Fact: Hailey is getting married exactly three months before me! Planning our weddings side by side has been a wild, unforgettable experience, and I’ll cherish these memories for the rest of my life.

Michelle Prihoda

Matron of Honor

Michelle has been my best friend since third grade — a true lifelong friendship. Even though we’ve spent most of our lives in different cities, we’ve never missed a beat. One of my favorite chapters was when she moved back to Milwaukee for CRNA school. Some of my fondest memories are those impromptu visits to her place after a long day, sipping wine and chatting on the porch for hours. It was the kind of effortless comfort only a lifelong friend can bring. Fun Fact: Michelle got married in Cabo last year and has been my international wedding planning guru ever since — I seriously don’t know what I’d do without her!

Alicia Brzeski

Bridesmaid

Alicia is my oldest sister, just two years older than me. Some of my fondest childhood memories are with her leading the way — she was always the ringleader in all of our adventures. I remember countless games of dress-up (she was always the bride, of course), climbing up "honey trees", and her teaching me all the makeup and hair tricks she had to offer. Growing up, Alicia was my role model. Like all sisters, we’ve had our ups and downs, but at the end of the day, we’ll always be there for each other — no matter what. Fun Fact: Alicia is super creative and artistic — she was even featured in the Milwaukee Public Art Museum!

Mary Ann Wolter

Bridesmaid

Mary Ann and I met in college, where we lived in “The Penthouse” — our nickname for a chaotic but beloved space shared by nine girls (and yes, only one shower... truly character-building). With just five bedrooms to go around, I temporarily moved into Mary Ann’s room while she was studying abroad. When she came back, I did my best to convince her we’d make great roommates — and, reluctantly, she agreed. From then on, we shared her tiny bedroom, sleeping just an arm’s length apart, and we’ve been best friends ever since. 💕Mary Ann is one of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine souls you'll ever meet. She’s warm, loving, and full of heart — and I feel so lucky to call her a forever friend. Fun Fact: Mary Ann and I once took the trip of a lifetime to Guatemala, where we hiked and spent the night camping on a volcano!

Abbey Cook

Bridesmaid

Abbey is a dear friend I first met at Marquette in chemistry class. We eventually became roommates and, by some amazing twist of fate, were both accepted into Marquette’s Physician Assistant Program. I honestly don’t know if I could have made it through those intense years without her by my side. We spent almost every waking minute together for about 3 years- we lived together, went to the exact same classes together and partied together almost every weekend— and I still love her to death! Abbey is my ultimate “yes” woman. "Can I book a last-minute flight to Denver to visit you?" — Yes. "Want to go camping in the middle of nowhere?" — Yes. "Book a girls’ trip to Europe?" — Hell yes. She’s always up for an adventure and such an incredible friend. She is a friend I’ll always treasure. ❤️ Fun Fact: Abbey is very adventurous- she will be doing the Tour du Mont Blanc through France, Italy and Switzerland the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding!

Mel Roemer

Bridesmaid

Mel — or “Melith,” as I lovingly call her — and I go way back to preschool. I remember our early years together: being Daisy Girl Scouts, watching Fourth of July fireworks in her parents’ backyard, and spending summer nights at Root River Parkway while our parents played sand volleyball. We became even closer in high school and as years pass us by our friendship still continues to grow. Mel is one of the goofiest, kindest, most down-to-earth people I know. She’s the kind of friend who always looks out for others, radiates positivity, and brings so much heart to everything she does. Fun Fact: Mel is not only a Registered Dietitian with her own business focused on the connection between food and mental health — she’s also a certified yoga instructor!

Tea Olsen

Bridesmaid

I have known Tea since high school but it wasnt until after college that our friendship was reignited and now she is one of my go-to people — always down to hang out or join me on one of Peter and Jim’s absurd adventures. She’s an incredible listener, full of wise, thoughtful advice (no surprise she became a licensed therapist!). If you ask Tea for her opinion, be prepared for the honest truth — she’s never afraid to speak her mind, and that’s one of the many reasons I admire her. We’ve made so many amazing memories over the years — from our “couples retreat” to Mexico, to float trips, endless game nights, and plenty of late nights out in Milwaukee. At this point, we even joke that our guest room is hers and Jim’s (just don’t ask her about the TV in the second bedroom 😂). Fun Fact: Tea and I had our very first jobs together at Stein’s Gardens & Gifts back in high school. I was always jealous that she got to work in the cute indoor plant section, while I was stuck outside with the boys in the unpredictable weather, hustling through the annuals and perennials department...

Chezney Parker

Bridesmaid

Chezney and I met in college and lived together in the penthouse — which was just as fun as it sounds. We stayed close after graduation, especially when we both ended up living in Milwaukee and spent tons of time hanging out. Chezney has always been a true friend: someone who's there when it counts, always up for a good time, and never afraid to give it to you straight. Even with two little ones at home, she somehow still finds time for her people. Chezney always stays true to herself and I really admire that about her. Fun fact: Chezney has become our go-to family realtor — she helped me and both of my sisters buy our first homes. She’s truly the best in the biz! 😉

Abby Franz

Bridesmaid

Abby is another college friend. After graduation, she moved to Michigan, but she was always sure to book a "friend date" with me whenever she was back in Milwaukee visiting. We’d go on our signature “mom walks,” which always turned into hours of strolling through Milwaukee, catching up, laughing, and soaking in the time together. Abby is truly a gem of a friend. She’s the kind of person who always has a smile on her face and finds the silver lining in every situation. It’s rare to hear her say anything negative — she radiates positivity in the most genuine way. Fun Fact: One year for Halloween, Abby, Abbey, and I all dressed up as 2 Chainz… and Abby had the privilege of being our unofficial third member of 2 chainz. Iconic. 😆

Nick Trudell

Best Man

Nick has been Peter’s “ride-or-die” since early in high school. In the 17 years that they have been friends, the two have stirred up some trouble and had some truly memorable times together. Peter’s first time shooting a gun, driving (and crashing) an ATV, and going ice fishing were all with Nick. The two get along so well because although they try to not take life too seriously, they are always there for the ones they care about. Nick is that friend that you can call in the middle of the night and know that he will come to help with whatever situation you are dealing with (although he is usually in bed by 10pm).

Jim Olsen

Groomsman

Jim and Peter’s friendship goes back to their early years in high school and has only grown stronger over the years. Jim is one of the smartest guys that Peter knows, but also one of the funniest. Jim is the kind of guy that you can talk to about anything with, whether its politics or funny YouTube videos, and know that he will be invested in the conversation. Jim and Peter work in similar careers, and both like to embody the “work hard, play hard” mentality.

Brad Schwarzkopf

Groomsman

Brad was one of Peter’s first friends in high school as well as his roommate freshman year of college. Brad has seen all sides of Peter (literally) and still loves him – that is a true friend. A fun fact about Brad is that he was named Prom King in high school, where Peter and Brad actually shared the first dance of the night together. No matter how much time has passed between conversations, Peter knows that he can turn to Brad about anything and the conversation will pick up as if no time has passed at all. Brad is a judgment-free friend with a huge heart – everyone should be so lucky as to have a Brad in their life.

Al Sterling

Groomsman

Peter and Al first met during Peter’s freshman year of college during one of Al’s frequent visits to Madison. Their friendship flourished early and really took off when the two went to law school together. Al is a wise guy with an incredible wealth of knowledge about all things pop culture and beyond. Few people can make Peter laugh as effortlessly as Al can. What truly makes Al a great friend is that not only can he make you laugh, but he is a confidant that you can turn to and discuss the serious things in life about and know that he will be genuinely interested and provide honest, sound advice.

Nate Zolecki

Groomsman

Peter and Nate met right before moving up to Madison for college and that is where their friendship flourished including living together in the final year. Despite the physical distance that has existed between them for much of the time since undergrad after Nate moved to Los Angeles, the two have always stayed in touch and connect whenever an opportunity presents itself. Nate and Peter share a similar outlook on life, trying to maximize the joys and meaningful interactions with others. Now that Peter is also living in California, the two plan to capitalize on the opportunity to spend more time together.

Cory Ninko

Groomsman

Peter and Cory have been friends throughout high school and college but their friendship really took off after Peter moved back to Milwaukee following college. These two have travelled Europe and the U.S. together including various music festivals. Although these two love to have a good time together, they also know that they can turn to one another to discuss the serious aspects of life and know that the other will be there to listen. Cory is the kind of guy that doesn’t take much convincing to come out and have a good time, which is likely why him and Peter get along so well and have so many great memories together.

Paweł Charmuszko

Groomsman

Pawel is Peter’s younger cousin who Peter has had the pleasure of knowing since Pawel was born. While growing up Peter would spend the majority of summers in Poland hanging out with Pawel and the family. As the years have gone by, their bond has only grown stronger and the two stay in touch despite the ocean that separates them. Pawel now lives in London but makes it a point come to Poland to spend time with his cousin any time that Peter travels back. Although technically a cousin, Pawel is nothing short of a younger brother to Peter.

Maciek Charmuszko

Groomsman

As an older cousin, Maciek has always been someone that Peter looked up to. Indeed, it was Maciek’s wedding in Poland that Claire and Peter attended that convinced them to have their wedding in Poland. Peter is an uncle to Maciek’s two boys and has the honor of being one’s god father. Maciek has always, but especially more recently, taken on the role of an older brother to Peter. Although their ways of dealing with stress differ, Peter and Maciek never fail to have a good time together and a substantial part of any trip to Poland is always dedicated to spending time with Maciek, the boys, and Maciek’s amazing wife Paulina.

Thomas Kozlovsky

Groomsman

Thomas is Peter’s younger cousin, although with his smarts Thomas will likely soon surpass Peter in his legal career. As cousins, the two spent lots of time together growing up together with their older siblings and have many fond memories of hanging out and spending holidays together. Although Thomas is younger than Peter, Thomas is wise beyond his years and someone that Peter can turn to to have real discussions about life and seek advice, even though Thomas made the same questionable decision of going to law school. Whenever Peter and Thomas are nearby they make it a point to connect and catch up. Thomas is a unique example of a younger brother that Peter can still look up to an admire.
