All of our guests are invited to our welcome evening the night before our wedding, and we hope you can make it! We will provide a buffet of bar bites as well as bubbly and beer. A full, private bar will also be available.

Our ceremony will begin at 2pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early. Guests will be able to choose a three course meal at time of RSVP. Menu options are as follows: Starters: (1) Scottish tapas trio: Warm scottish goats cheese with whisky marmalade (v); Skirlie coated haggis bonbon with an arran mustard mayo; Smoked salmon tartare (2) Carrot and ginger veloute with coriander crème fraiche (v) Mains: (1) Breast of chicken stuffed with a basil, sunblush tomato and homemade ricotta mousse, wrapped in pancetta served with a roast pepper sauce, potato dauphinoise and asparagus (2) Slow-cooked daube of beef, roasted garlic mash, pancetta, braised red cabbage and broccoli (3) Butternut squash and aubergine tagine with black olives and lemon and almond cous cous (v, vg) Desserts: (1) Taste of scotland: vanilla crowdie cheesecake served with drambuie soaked raspberries, clootie dumpling ice cream and toasted oat crumble (2) Chocolate mousse, chocolate soil and raspberry purée
