Flying in
The closest commercial airport to Incline Village, NV is the Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Reno, NV. It is around a 45-minute drive to Incline Village from the airport. We would suggest waiting to buy your flights until at least early-mid next year, as the prices will drop a lot by then. The app “Hopper” can help you decide when the best time to buy a flight is!
Train
Taking the Train
Depending on how much time you have on your hands, where you’re coming from, and how adventurous your spirit is feeling, the Amtrak “California Zephyr” runs daily from Emeryville, CA to Chicago, IL and vice versa, with stops in both Truckee, CA and Reno, NV.
House Or Rental
Airbnb & VRBO
There are a selection of Airbnb rentals in Incline Village, as well as in the surrounding areas such as Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay. This is a good option if you have a family or bigger group to accommodate, and sometimes is the more cost-effective option. Make sure to check both Airbnb and VRBO, as sometimes there are different options on each!

While we do not have a single hotel blocked off for the weekend, Zola does have a list of pre-negotiated hotel/vacation rental rates that we can share with you. Keep in mind that staying in the North Lake Tahoe area (Incline Village, Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, etc.) will be closer to the venue, while staying in South Lake Tahoe, Carson City or Reno will be a 30+ minute commute to the venue. Car Rentals
We recommend renting a car from the airport as your primary mode of transportation in Tahoe. Depending on the length of your stay, this is often the most cost-effective option and gives you the freedom to explore the area at your own leisure. North Lake Airport Shuttle
The North Lake Tahoe Express is an airport shuttle service between the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and North Lake Tahoe, with many stops along the north shore. Depending on group size, prices range from $55-99/person one-way.

The South Tahoe Airporter provides transportation between the Reno-Tahoe International airport and South Lake destinations. Prices one way for adults are $32.75 and $59.50 round trip.

If there are enough people staying in/around South Lake Tahoe, and there is enough of a need for it, we will provide transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding.
