The room block rate is not available by booking online. Guests must call to get the discounted rate. 2. If you are checking in on the 3rd please come to the hotel in your wedding attire. The shuttle will leave at 2:15 pm. Check in is not available until 4:00 pm. The hotel will be able to hold your bags while you are enjoying wedding festivities. Transportation to Our Wedding

Charter buses will be provided for all guests. The buses will depart from and return to the Gold Canyon Golf Resort. The buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 2:15 PM to head to the wedding venue. There will be two options for guests to return to the hotel. Guests can depart at 8:00 PM or guests can depart at 10:00 PM.

Guests joining us from Utah or more rural areas may consider flying to Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport. This is a smaller airport outside of Phoenix that is 25 minuets from our host hotel, Gold Canyon Golf Resort.
