When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at The Windmill Winery Lake House at 1140 W Butte Ave, Florence, AZ 85132

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m on November 3rd. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to grab a glass of bubbly and start mingling. 🙂

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Think a suite for the fellas (ties are optional!) and a dress for the ladies!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be inside the lake house.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to text or call us with any questions!

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Charter buses will be provided for all guests. The buses will depart from and return to the Gold Canyon Golf Resort. The buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 2:15 PM to head to the wedding venue. There will be two options for guests to return to the hotel. Guests can depart at 8:00 PM or guests can depart at 10:00 PM.

What if I want to drive my own car opposed to taking the transportation provided?

Answer

If you would like to drive yourself you are absolutely welcome to. There will be a host at The Windmill Winery that will greet you and direct you where to park. Please use the transportation provided if you plan on taking advantage of the open bar!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, an open bar, as well as a 3-course meal, and wedding cake! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

There will be buses leaving our reception at 8:00 PM for those who would like to retire early and another option leaving at 10:00 PM for those who want to spend the night on the dance floor!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at The Gold Canyon Golf Resort and Spa. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) by phone before September 26th. Just mention the Taylor- Hostert Wedding to receive the discounted rates. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must book by phone to get the discounted rate. We encourage all out of town guests to book their rooms early. There is another wedding there that weekend so rooms may fill up fast! Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Um, is this a trick question? Of course we will have dancing! We have arranged for a DJ AND a band that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose. (P.S. did you know Footloose was filmed in Jessica's home town?!)
