A fantastic view of the Columbia Gorge
Hood River's local ice cream shop
The Bride and Groom's preferred local disc golf course
The most well-known waterfall of the Columbia Gorge area. Please note that this is very touristy and may need reservations in advance but it's worth it, such a cool waterfall and has a few hiking trails! Only 30 min from Hood River. If this waterfall is too crowded, please note that all of the waterfalls in the Gorge area are lovely with short walks
Even if you aren't staying at this hotel you can book a visit to their spa which includes, 2 soaking pools, a sauna, and cold plunge. Amelia's book club has visited and endorsed this spa!
A cute old train that takes you around Mt. Hood! Great views! Please look into reserving tickets ahead of time. This runs Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
It's a great local brewery with great food! If you are on the waitlist you can still get drinks and appetizers while you wait.
Another great local brewery!

A great women-owned brewery-- one of the Bride's favorite breweries!
One of the Bride and Groom's favorite industrial places to share with our guests to the Gorge. Originally developed as a New Deal Public Works project, Bonneville Dam is both an active hydro-electric power plant and a National Historic Landmark, with accessible visitor centers on both the Oregon and Washington sides of the Columbia River.
