Welcome Party!!

Super casual and EVERYONE is welcome!!

Given that our big day is on a Thursday and most of you will be arriving from out of town, we decided to have a very casual Wednesday evening meet up for those who are in town and want to come say hi! This is by no means a formal or organized event, we just don’t want to have to wait till the wedding day to see you all! The Portola Hotel has an awesome bar on the ground floor in the back left corner of the building. We won’t have anything reserved, so if you’d like to join us, see some familiar faces and meet some new ones, we hope you’ll come by! We absolutely cannot wait to see everyone!!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal (For the guys: ties optional, dancing shoes required. For the ladies: anything from a sundress to cocktail dress works! Dancing shoes also required 😉)

✦ The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:00pm to find your seat. ✦ Following the ceremony, on the upper terrace, will be a cocktail hour featuring Drew's favorite old fashioned and Kendra's pomegranate margarita! ✦ Once photos are done, we will enjoy a buffet dinner, speeches, and so, so much dancing! ❄︎ Bring a light jacket as the California coast can get pretty chilly at night!
