Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by March 1, 2024. If you RSVP after March 1, please plan on bringing your own chair and a sandwich.

Question

Can I bring kids to the wedding?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but you deserve a night out! We kindly request that our wedding ceremony/reception is adult only. For our out of state guests- We realize that some of you will be traveling with your kiddos, and we do not want to put a wrench in your plans to travel as a family. If this is true for you, please reach out to Kel or Brea as we have plans to help find accommodations.

Question

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Come grab a drink and take a stroll through the garden between 3:30-4:30pm! We do ask that you are seated in the ceremony garden before 4:30, as our ceremony will promptly start then.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It's Boise! We just ask that you dress nice and comfortably in “Boise Cocktail Attire”. Do we expect friends in dresses/dress pants and Chacos? Yes.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available at the Idaho Botanical Gardens. Uber and Lyft are always available to and from this location.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Thursday, June 13th- Please join us at Brown Breard Brewing (5270 Chinden Blvd, Garden City, ID 83714) at 6p the evening before our wedding. A food truck will be available for dinner and plenty of good drinks available! We'd love to see you! Saturday, June 15th- We will be having some sort of gathering for our guests that are still in town. Details TBD! Kids welcome at these events!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations? VRBO/Airbnb recommendations?

Answer

Check out our Travel section of our site! Otherwise, see below- Hotel: We do have a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise Park Center. Check out the travel page for more info on Airbnb and other hotel recommendations. VRBO/Airbnb: Boise North End- Several of the homes in this charming area of town are over 100 years old. The streets are decorated by old, rugged trees and eclectic homes. The North End is charming, cozy, historic, and the hippiest part of town! Very close proximity to the foothills, especially on the north side of State Street. Central Rim/Boise Bench- Just up the hill from town, and offers an overview of the entire valley depending on where you stay. Also close to the Boise Depot, a historical train depot! Also close to airport East End- Our neck of the woods and not too far from the venue

Question

What else is there to do in Idaho?

Answer

See our Things to Do section for more info! If you are traveling from out of state and want to explore more of Idaho, please let us know! We'd be happy to pass along great ideas: river adventure, hiking, Hiawatha Scenic Bike Trail, natural hot springs, Lake Couer d'Alene, Craters of the Moon National Monument, Sawtooth National Recreation Area, etc. (Yellowstone is only 5.5 hours away!)
