The Hotel at Beau Rivage

Answer

While we have hotel rooms blocked at Beau Rivage, we respectfully ask that those are reserved for the wedding party and immediate family. We have included information on local hotels under the “travel” section of our wedding. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 15th. We understand if plans change, so no worries updating us on your availability if that changes. Thank you!

Is there a wedding hashtag or any social media?

Yep! To hashtag photos on Facebook or Instagram, use #kellenloveshunter. We also created an Instagram account to tag photos if that is easier: @kellenloveshunter

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive before 2:45p to attend the ceremony OR after 4:00p on March 9th

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be various groups of guests golfing Friday at Beaut Rivage based on availability. If you want to get more information or to coordinate with other players, email Kellen at kellenreadshaw@gmail.com After the wedding we will be continuing the celebration at the restaurant below the event center. Feel free to join us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on-site parking at Beau Rivage Golf Course. Please don’t bum us out on our wedding night by getting a DUI. Uber is available in that area and always has available drivers :) there is overnight parking at BR.
