Your RSVP must be sent 6 weeks prior to the event date, before April 13th. This will allow Gaston and Kaylie to finalize their count with the vendors.
Doors open at 5:00pm and close at 5:30pm for arrivals. Make sure to be inside to grab a seat before the doors close!
Yes! Gaston and Kaylie would love to see everyone dress to impress. It's not often in life you get to put on that beautiful evening gown, or spiffy suit! Skip the cotton sundress you can wear any day, or the polo with khaki's! Full suites and gowns preferred.
If your invitation was addressed with a "and guest", Gaston and Kaylie want to extend that invite to someone that's close to you in your life! We all know the joy of having that plus-one to join in on a celebration with you. While the saying, "the more the merrier", stands true, please also keep in mind, this is a day to celebrate Gaston and Kaylie with the important people throughout their life. Online RSVP will also indicated all persons included in the invite.
Our families traveling from out of town, Gaston and Kaylie are excited to see you and your kiddos! No need to try to find a sitter while out of town, or for the night while here. Local friends with little ones, please know that as much as it would be wonderful having a full house, our venue capacity is limited. Invitations included the names of all individuals in the household we are able to accommodate.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked for wedding guest reservations the weekend of the wedding. Please navigate to the "Travel" information included on this website. There are plenty of fun AirBnB's, and a couple of other nearby hotels: - Tru by Hilton (Leland) - Hotel Ballast Wilmington - ARRIVE Wilmington - Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront - Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center
No need! There will be a variety of options for you to choose from that will be marked with any allergens!
Street parking in downtown Wilmington is free of Sundays, but make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find a spot. There are some parking garages and lots. Specifically, one we use frequently, that is centrally located, is the parking garage on Market St.
There is no designated transportation. With that said, please be safe and plan ahead! Uber, Lyft, or carpooling with a DD is always something to keep in mind.
YES! Kaylie and Gaston would like to extend the invitation to our guests to join us in downtown Wilmington for some fun! Stay-tuned!
