Although, Gaston did ask her to dance a few times, Kaylie, always busy at just the wrong moment, turned him down a few times. It wasn’t until they finally got their first few dances together that the spark ignited—silent but undeniable. After a simple graze of hands at the end one of those dances, as if they were going to hold hands, Gaston asked himself, "What the f**k was that?" He felt a connection that he then couldn’t stop thinking about. Little did he know, Kaylie was already sure of her crush on him, telling her close friends. Despite a few interactions on social media with Kaylie dropping hints she wanted to get to know him more, Gaston was blissfully unaware he should shoot his shot in talking even more. Finally, after an evening of ice cream and a glass of wine with their friend (who cleverly left early on purpose), Gaston asked Kaylie on their first official date.
